January-April

We have had a busy 4 months. January we celebrated Bailey's 1st Birthday! Our little caterpillar is growing up! She had friends and family come over to celebrate her Birthday. I decided to have A Very Hungry Caterpillar Party since she loves to eat. :) It was a fun day. Then we celebrated my 30th in Disneyland! It was the BEST Birthday ever! The girls loved it! Little Mermaid and Monster's were by far their favorite. They loved the Parade and Emma went crazy when she saw all the princesses. I wish I would have recorded it. It was priceless. Between birthdays, work and finishing the season of UVU basketball we are having a blast. We are excited to have Grandma and Grandpa Anderson here in two months from their mission. Mike, Bione and Maggie got here a couple days ago to live here and we are so excited to have cousin Maggie here closer. They were so excited to see each other. They actually live around the corner from us. We can't wait to see the other family here in July. We are so excited about summer! Let the fun begin!

Emma 25-28 months

Emma is almost 2 1/2! Crazy! Emma is doing awesome. She is still working with Paul OT, Shauntell, and Appril Speech. She actually failed her hearing test on the right side again so we have an appointment with Dr. Park May 20th. Hopefully we can figure out what is wrong and fix it. Maybe that is why her speech is not quite there yet. She is saying more and more each day but its just not clear. She is such a funny, loving, caring little girl. She will give anyone and everyone a hug and kiss. She is so sweet that way. If we could have that cuteness all day, that would be GREAT! lol She loves to watch Disney JR and Bubble Guppies is her new favorite show. She still is my tech baby and loves to watch her shows on my phone or the ipad. Frozen is her and Bailey's new show and they LOVE to sing along with it. Emma even sings to the wall when singing Do you want to build a snowman. It's the cutest thing in the world! She is about 25 lbs so just a pound difference between the two girls. She loves to watch the older kids at school and actually pretend played with me yesterday!!! It was a proud parent moment. I asked for some ice cream while she was playing in the playhouse at work and she gave me some ice cream. Then she kept coming to me and say Ice Cream. I love her so much! We may have our struggles communicating to us but she has come a long way. Her Neuro Dr. said that if she continues to do great then she wouldn't have to see him again tell she is 5.:) She loves going to dance still with Ella and has her end of the year dance recital at the end of May. Can't wait for that cuteness! She may have her moments but she is so fun and we love her to pieces. :)

Bailey 13-15 months

WOW! I am way behind on blogging. Bailey is now 15 almost 16 months! I can't believe she is that old. Two more months and its nursery time!!!! Steve is Very excited about this. He has her while I am doing singing time. Bailey is such a loving, mischievous little girl. She is very patient with her sister and they love to get into things together. She is walking, saying momma, dadda, emma, more, up, all done, bye-bye, Taco for Thank you, (That is my favorite word of hers) Elmo and signs please. :) She will try to repeat words you tell her to. She loves to walk by herself...that is fun walking through a parking lot. :/ She LOVES to eat. I'm pretty sure she will eat anything that is in front of her. Except maybe some veggies. She is still a mommies girl and while whine until I pick her up. She is 24 lbs. and i think it was 30 almost 31 inches in height. Still has no hair except the back. Business in the front...Party in the back I guess. Bailey is like the total opposite of Emma at this age. Emma was all about watching you tube videos and Bailey will watch for a little but gets bored. She is sleeping through the night still and when she wakes up she wants to wear her Minnie Mouse ears from Disneyland. Disney girl at heart. :) Bailey is such a fun, loving girl and we are so happy she is in our family.
