Time is really flying by...Bailey is 8 months old and is such a happy, loving baby. She loves to watch her sister and wants to join in. She still doesn't like her belly so as soon as she figures out she can move around with her hands and knees my life is going to become something different. Life of 2 toddlers! :/ Bailey loves to eat! She is mostly on table food...soon we will introduce the whole milk! Yahoo! She just cut her First tooth!!! We never thought this day would come so soon. She cut her first tooth 8 months before Emma did. ;) I knew the day was coming because the last couple of weeks she has been a little cranky and drooling everywhere. Her hair is growing in slowly but surely. Good thing she keeps her headbands in. I can't leave this girl anywhere without her on the floor. She will lean forward so fast that there were a few times were she was about to fall off our bed or couch. Bailey is babbling more and more and loves to dance. She is such a chunky little baby and we love her! Emma started Dance class and loves it. The first day I took her and her friend Ella to dance but Emma just cried the whole time and didn't want to participate. She would just watch herself in the mirror ( I know shocking right) or go over to the drinking fountain and whine for water. The last two times I just dropped her off and she did MUCH better! She loves the tumbling part of class so our next class for her will be tumbling. :) Steve is really excited about all the extra cost of raising kids. ;) Emma loves to play and watch all kids. If she sees any kids she will go up to them and say hi or just stare at them. She still loves Elmo and this year for Halloween we are all going to be Sesame Street characters. Emma will be of course Elmo, Bay will be Abby Cadabby, Steve will be Cookie Monster and I will be Big Bird. I'm so excited about this and it took some convincing on Steve's part but he is happy he only has to wear a t shirt and eat my Chocolate Chip Cookies he loves. :) Emma is trying to talk more and more but she will meet with a speech therapist this next week to see if she qualifies. Which I'm sure she will but we will see. She is still drooling a ton and with talking to everyone on her team we decided she probably has a sensor mouth problem so hopefully with the help of the Speech therapist we can get some exercises for that mouth. I think I am going to go back to the ENT and get her upper part of her mouth clipped as well. It's just so close and you can't see her upper teeth ever and I think it will help with her speech to. I was going to talk to the ST about it before I set up an appointment. Emma loves to run and play, sing, be outside, watch LA LA, eat (ALL the time) and hang out with her family. She may have her moments but we sure love her and her personality!
