February comes to a close and March begins!

I know, I know I am such a slacker when it comes to blogging. Please forgive me. ;) I promise to be better this year. Well this month as come and gone fast right? We have been SUPER busy this month with school, putting on events, and DISNEYLAND! You heard me right....Disneyland! Steve sent me a text that really didn't get to me but he sent me a picture of Sleeping Beauty's castle with pack your bags we are going to Disneyland! (His so cute huh?) So I get Friday and Monday off work and we left Thursday night Feb. 11th to Vegas. We slept at the aunt's house and then got up the next day and went to Disneyland. We were there for three days and then we drove to San Diego Sunday afternoon, stayed with some members Steve knew from his mission and then we came home Monday night late. It was AMAZING!!!! 80 degree weather the whole time, we were in heaven. I believe Disneyland is like Heaven...it is the happiest place on earth. ;) Saturday was the only day that was super crowd. It was a three day weekend so it was busy Saturday but Friday and Sunday weren't to bad. Thank goodness for FASTPASS. :) We only waited 55 min. in line for the longest ride. Sunday we had our Magic Morning Pass so we got into Disneyland Park an hour before everyone else. It was awesome! We rode Space Mountain like three times before it got super busy. Our favorite park is California Adventure's hands down. There is nothing more exciting then dropping 12 floors in Tower of Terror. LOVE that ride. We had fun riding that ride, I think we rode it like 8 or more times. :) I also got to ride Toy Story, Nemo, and Monsters Inc. all rides I haven't had the chance to experience before. Words can't even express how much fun we had. It was a great first Valentine's we had together. I just hope I don't expect that every Valentine's Day. :) We had so much fun and now we wish we were back in California.

I have two more events this year that I need to put on after our Mardi Gras party this Friday. :) YAY! I can't wait to be done with Student Council. I have had an awesome experience and great fun with it but I can't wait to be done. :) I have learned to become a better leader and example towards others. I will never forget my experience on Student Council this year...cause I found Steve but I will never forget the things I have learned from it. This next month is coming and I am excited. First of all Sister Denning comes home March 4th!!! Crazy huh? I can't believe she is coming home. Then the next week I will be celebrating my 26th birthday! I know, 26...I am old! jk :) I know I am young but I feel really old now that I am married to the most wonderful man ever! This year is going to be a great one I just know it!

Steve is finishing up his last semester at UVU!!!! :)He is super excited as am I. He is starting a job FINALLY on campus working everyday Monday through Friday. I am excited he has a job now but I guess that means I have to cook now. I made a deal with Steve that until he finds a job he has to cook dinner every night. I guess I better get my cook books out!

We will be going to Nauvoo in March to see his brother and his wife get sealed in the temple. :) We are so excited to take another vacation with our family. We can't wait to see them all, especially our new nephew Seth. My sister in law Jen had a baby boy this month as well! I can't wait to see him and my future niece and nephew this year as well!! We are so blessed to have found a job for Steve and have just great families. Hope you enjoy our pictures. I just wish we would have taken more. I am a slacker when taking pictures and blogging. I will be better! (I hope)
