I just can't believe our little monkey is 9 months old...not only is she getting big but that means in 4 more months we will have another little girl around this house! CRAZY! We found out we are having another little girl and are so excited that we don't have to buy ALL new clothes. :) These two girls will even be in the same season clothes. Everything went well in our 20 week ultrasound and we couldn't be happier. They want to do another ultrasound in 8 weeks to make sure she is still growing and everything is fine. I am so grateful for modern technology and for the blessings we have received from Emma and baby girl #2. We don't have a name just yet but are still in the process of finding the right name. Girl names are hard! :) Emma is doing awesome! She is 17 lbs. 28 inches long and loves her mommy and daddy. She is our little social butterfly. Her doctor asked if she was starting to do the stranger thing yet but I think she is so use to people coming and going that she will look at you and then smile. She is so cute! I love her so much. She is eating and sleeping great at night between 9-12 hours at night. She is not crawling or walking yet but she is working on that stuff with her PT and OT. She is still stubborn when it comes to getting around. I KNOW she could do it if she just tried but she won't yet. I guess on her time she will do it. :) She will not eat BIG people food yet cause she doesn't like the textures but is slowly starting to let us give her BIG people food. She loves to read books, jump in her jumper, watch all the big kids around her play and is starting to give high fives and claps when she wants to. :) (Like I said...stubborn like her daddy.) ;) We just got back from visiting Steve's parents in Colorado and had a blast. We went mini golfing, did a lot of shopping and just hanging out with grandma and grandpa. Emma loved getting all the attention. I'm feeling great now that my morning sickness is over. Which wasn't even that bad. I would throw up in the mornings and then feel fine the rest of the day as long as I ate. I feel like a HUGE pregnant women but I guess that comes with being pregnant (even though Steve doesn't think I even look that big). :) I'm really excited about Halloween this year...Emma is going to be an elephant and I'm going to put a peanut on my tummy where our little peanut is growing. :) Pictures will soon come. I can't wait to start decorating for Halloween and we decided this year we are going to have a Halloween party! Let the fun begin!!!!
9 months old and styling! She loves her jumper! Mini Golfing in style
