I'm a slacking on updating each month of the girls. Bailey is our little social drama queen! She loves to be around and watch other kids but she knowns how to turn it on and off when she wants to be with mom or wants something. She is definitely a momma's girl. (It has its up and downs) We have another butt scooter in our family. :) She gets around scooting on her bum just like her Big sister did. Only this time Bailey rotates from each side to side as she scooters as to where Emma used one side and used her hands more. Bailey loves to eat!!!! She will eat anything we give her as long as she can pick it up and put it in her mouth. She loves to watch her Big sister play and to get into anything on her level. She is pulling her self up more and more when she isn't lazy. ;) My favorite thing she does right now is when she wants to be picked up she will hold her arms up and open and close her fingers like Pick me up! I love it! She got tubes put into her ears about 2 weeks ago and it has made a big difference. I know this sounds silly but she never use to sign more but ever since her tubes she claps her hands and actually signs more when she wants to. ;) She babbles all the time and uses her lungs every once in a while to. She is cutting her "vampire" teeth right now and that leads into our story last night. We ended up taking her to the Instacare because she woke up from her nap with from hives on her cheek and lower back. She had a fever of 101.2 and her heart rate was 178. They gave her some steroids to clear up the hives and to monitor her during the night. She was fine this morning with no hives and slept great but I ended up taking her to see Dr Weipert and he seemed like she maybe touched something and she reacted from it or something in the air. But he didn't seem to worried about it. He said her heart rate was okay…200 plus is something he would of been concerned about. Other then that Bailey is our sweet, loving, drama queen. :) We are so blessed to have her in our family. We love you Bailey!
Emma needs to stop growing up! I can't believe she will be 2 on Saturday. She is our miracle baby and I am so grateful to have her spunky little personality in our family. She might be in her terrible twos but she does things that make us laugh. She graduated from PT which we are happy but sad at the same time. Mark has been with Emma since she was a month old. We will miss him but are excited she is doing awesome. She is working with April her Speech Therapist and still works with Paul OT and Shauntell. We are so grateful for Kids on the Move and the help they have given us. Emma is starting to echo more and more of what we say and talks to us in her own little language. She loves her Dance class and has her first Christmas Recital next thursday.:) She loves to play with her friends at Daycare especially Ella! I'm pretty sure besides mom and dad. Ella was one of her first words. :) Emma is obsessed with either iPhones or iPads. She loves to watch Disney Junior or PBS Kids. I'm so excited for her birthday and Christmas this year. She is at such a fun age. Yesterday she sat and watched Monsters University for about 30 min.! She loves to explore and decided to climb out of bed during her nap and wrote with sharpie all over her walls and door. :( With a little Pinterest magic I got most of it our with nail polish. The Brown is still on the wall. Guess we will be painting that room again. Our little Emma explore is such a joy to have in our family and we are excited to see her exceed more. We love you Emma!
